working with complex systems - their inception, growth and management.
A Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS), Mr. Brulé brings
his business expertise to medical practices in the context of this
complex and compelling national focus on Electronic Health Records and Healthcare reform. He has helped medical practices and hospitals as they grapple with the financial, technological and clinical issues surrounding the selection and adoption of these products.

in the establishment of new product and service lines and the acquisition
of new corporations by the parent company.
He has consulted with established and emerging
companies on strategic planning and business plan development, led
change management initiatives in a variety of settings, and worked
with individuals to achieve - and manage - their goals.
A published author (including two books on artificial
intelligence published by McGraw-Hill), Mr. Brulé is an accomplished
speaker and facilitator. He has completed advanced studies in Computer
and Network Security at Syracuse University, as well as specialized
